Material & Applications
Why Stainless Steel F304/F316: F304/F316 stainless steel provides corrosion resistance at extreme pressures. F316 is preferred for chloride and marine environments. F304L/F316L are specified for welded systems where sensitization must be avoided. Note that F304L/F316L have lower pressure ratings and temperature limits than standard F304/F316.
Typical applications: High-pressure chemical injection, reactor feed, supercritical fluid systems, offshore/marine HP piping, pharmaceutical high-pressure processes, and any extreme-pressure application requiring corrosion resistance.
